All-natural chicken leg quarters marinated in our special brine, seasoned with our homemade poultry rub then hot smoked and glazed until tender.
Prime brisket done Texas-style with salt, pepper, and garlic. Smoked for 12 hours until melt in your mouth tender.
St. Louis style pork ribs rubbed with our house made locally roasted coffee rub.
